Summary of Field Service Expo 2021
RUGGED MOBILE Systems presented as the Hardware Village at this years Field Service Expo, at the Edgbaston Cricket Ground, Birmingham, on 27/28th October 2021
The Field Service Expo provided an opportunity to view all of the leading solutions that can drive your field service operations forward in one place. It was an opportunity to meet with leading organisations working with field service companies to help them deliver service excellence.
Solutions on show included: ourselves (RUGGED MOBILE Systems) in the hardware village, FSM Software, Dynamic Scheduling, Augmented Reality, Fleet Management, Logistics and Last Mile Solutions.
In the solutions theatre a series of live case studies and presentations were undertaken to demonstrate how the solutions on show have been implemented. In the dedicated Hardware village we provided the latest technology that can stand up to day to day use out in the field. We enjoyed chatting through users experiences of our devices and their interest in new models coming to market. Especially the larger 10" Android tablets like the Panasonic Toughbook A3.
There was also a recruitment clinic involving both recruiters and universities to help visitors identify what the next generation of field workers are looking for in an employer.
